Supporting Creative Ideas from Our Makers Space Community We’re excited to launch a one‑off pilot round of our Small Grant Scheme. This small trial will help us understand what works best for our Makers Space community before we open the scheme more broadly.
Individuals may apply for $100 Groups may apply for up to $500
The application process is intentionally simple and friendly — we want this to feel accessible to everyone in our community.
This pilot will help us:
test the application process
understand the types of ideas our community is excited about
refine the scheme before the full launch
We can’t wait to see what you dream up.
Who Can Apply Current members of the Makers Space Individuals or collaborative groups Any artform, discipline, or creative experiment is welcome Whether you’re testing an idea, developing a new skill, or creating something to share with others, we’d love to hear about it.
What We’re Looking For We’re not judging polish — we’re looking for spark. Projects that align well with the scheme usually show:
Creativity - Fresh, imaginative, or engaging ideas.
Community Resonance - A connection to, or benefit for, our Makers Space community.
Achievability - A realistic plan within the timeframe and budget.
Inclusivity & Joy - Warmth, openness, and a spirit of celebration.
