Open Studio Hours
You’re always welcome to join in — whether you're working on a group project or doing your own thing. Just drop in during any open session and bring what you like to work on!
Makers’ Shed – Colac Showgrounds
• Mondays, 1–3pm – Natural Dyeing
• Fridays, 10am–12pm – Clay work
Makers’ Space – 99a Gellibrand Street
• Mondays, 1–3pm – Open Studio
• Tuesdays, 4–5:30pm – Kids Art Adventures – Bookings required
• Wednesdays, 11am–1pm – Open Studio – Printmaking
• Fridays, 12–3pm – Open Studio – Craft Focus
Note: Open studio sessions are by donation for non-members
Who's Welcome.
Everyone is welcome. Whether you’re a seasoned artist, a total beginner, or just want a creative cuppa break — there’s a place for you here. Come in to:
• Enjoy a tea or coffee and a chat (donation appreciated!)
• View exhibitions from local artists
• Bring your own project and work alongside others
• Use the space to run a workshop or art lessons
• Ask questions — our friendly members are happy to help or connect you with someone who can.
Membership
Become a Member Join our creative community for just $100 per year (less than $2 a week!) Membership includes:
• 24/7 access to both spaces via a personal entry code
• Free tea and coffee
• Member‑only discounts on workshops and events
• A community of like‑minded creatives
Pro‑rata pricing available — join any time and only pay from your start date. See “Join Us” for details.
Space Hire
Not a member? You can still:
• Hire our spaces for workshops, classes or meetings (conditions apply)
• Book the gallery wall to exhibit your artwork
