💡 Thinking About a Grant? Let’s Make It Happen!
All members are welcome to apply for grants that benefit the Makers' Space or support your group’s creative goals.
If you have an idea that needs a little funding boost, we’re here to help – and there are some great local grants available!
📝 Before you apply: To keep things running smoothly, we just ask that you:
  • Get approval from the Executive Committee before submitting your application (they’ll need to sign off).
  • Commit to delivering the project and completing the grant acquittal (a simple summary of how the funds were used).
🌱 Local Grant Options:
  • Acciona Grants – Simple to apply for, up to $2,000 (best chance for $1,000 or under)
  • South West Community Foundation – Simple process, up to $2,000 (also best at $1,000 or under)
🌟 Bigger Opportunities:
  • Colac Otway Shire Grants – More detailed application, up to $5,000
  • Regional Arts Victoria – Competitive and complex, but possible for the right project – up to $30,000

We’d love to support your ideas – if you’re unsure where to start or want a hand preparing your application, just reach out. Let’s build something great together!
