Members and community are invited to exhibit on the Exhibition Wall.
Works can be for exhibition display only or for sale.
Members fees are included in annual membership fee.- Community fee $120 month (includes one year membership )
Exhibition wall is generally for one-two calendar months with the exhibition commencing on the first Friday of the month and closing on the last weekend of the month.
Should there be a high demand on space - the committee will notify you with the next available dates.
Steps to follow if you wish to have a "Works for sale" Exhibition
Provide a brief description and CV/Bio suitable for advertising and publicity for social media
If Artworks are for sale
Provide a brochure or list describing all works must be submitted and include prices and payment procedure/s. or fill out the list below to be left at the space
Works sold during the exhibition time must be listed with details see example under the booking form.
Sales can be made in direct contact with artist-– Or you can set up a PAYID (how to use pay ID). Artists are expected to have arranged their payment methods by the beginning of the exhibition.
Sold works must remain in the exhibition space (or a replacement work provided and list updated) until 3.00pm on the final day of the exhibition.
Insurance of work is the responsibility of Exhibitors. CMS takes all reasonable care, but no responsibility for damage or loss of work while on display.
Any costs and organisation of paid advertising and promotion (invitations, newspaper advertising, posters/flyers etc.) is the responsibility of the exhibitor/s
CMS can provide a limited range of rails, hooks, wires and labels, etc Ladder and step ladder are available on site.
CMS will share publicity and images of exhibitor’s works on its social media pages.
Artists are to hang and remove their own work. Artists are responsible for the delivery of their works to buyers/recipients
The Exhibitor/s (or nominated representatives) is/are invited to "sit the show" in order to facilitate sales and discussion of work, during the exhibition.
