📆 Bookings Coordinator 
​Help us welcome new creatives into the space!
The Bookings Coordinator plays a small but important role in keeping the Makers’ Space organised and accessible.

(These may come directly via the website or be forwarded by the Secretary.)
⏰ Time Commitment Only 1–2 bookings per month – just check the email once a week to stay on top of things.

✍️ What You’ll Do

1. Check Availability
   • Review the requested date(s).
   • Confirm availability with the person booking.
   • If there’s a cost, let them know (payment details are already in the email footer).
   • If needed, ask the Treasurer to send an invoice.
2. Add the Booking to the Calendar
   • Log in to [email protected] Google Drive.
   • Open the calendar.
   • Click the date of the booking.
   • Create a new event with booking details (name, time, contact).
   • Change the colour of booking Blue for 99a Gellibrand street -Green for makers Shed

✨ The calendar automatically updates the website — no extra steps required!

This role is a great way to contribute with minimal time, while helping our space stay active and welcoming. If you’re organised and happy to check an inbox once a week, we’d love to have you on board!
