The Bookings Coordinator plays a small but important role in keeping the Makers’ Space organised and accessible. 📨 How It WorksBooking requests are sent to: 📧 [email protected] (These may come directly via the website or be forwarded by the Secretary.) ⏰ Time Commitment Only 1–2 bookings per month – just check the email once a week to stay on top of things.
✍️ What You’ll Do
Check Availability
Review the requested date(s).
Confirm availability with the person booking.
If there’s a cost, let them know (payment details are already in the email footer).
Create a new event with booking details (name, time, contact).
